ABOUT THIS BOOK:With so many activities taking place each day, remembering every class, correction, and milestone achievement can be challenging. That’s why journaling during this special time is an essential part of defining a student dancer’s legacy.Flipping through the pages, dancers will see that each right-hand page is designed to help them track their daily training. At the top, they add the date along with the class name, teacher, accompanist, and any visiting VIP Seminar Speakers or Guest Choreographers. Below that, there is space to write down their daily corrections -- both technical and artistic.At the end of each day, when they’re winding down, they should open their journal and answer the three questions or complete the three sentences and/or prompts for that day.The left-hand page is intentionally designed to give the “dance brain” a break and invite creativity.
