The Billabong Outsider Pant is a technical, street-style pant that offers a whole lot of value for the low price tag. Providing optimal heat retention with low-fill insulation, 10k waterproofing, and critically taped seams with a jacket to pant interface, the Outsider pant does everything it can to make sure everything stays warm and dry on the inside and unwanted snow on the outside(r).
